A comment passed by gospel ministrel Celestine Donkor on Adom FM has generated heated debates among music lovers.
Weeks ago, Empress Gifty released the music video for her song ‘Eye Woaa’, and in an interview after, she stated that the cost of the video was $40,000. This generated a lot of buzz among industry players as many were of the opinion that she only said that for hype.

Recently in an interview at Adom FM, Celestine Donkor was asked if she will spend $40,000 on a music video, she replied by saying she would rather trade rice with such an amount. This statement has caused a stir on social media.
In response to this, the musician has stated categorically on her Instagram that the statement has nothing to do with Empress Gifty. She added that they are very good friends and have a very healthy relationship and that her response was misinterpreted.
She then urged her fans to ignore any publication that states that she was shading her sister Empress Gifty.
Meanwhile, Celestine is poised for her upcoming annual event, CELESTIAL PRAIZ on 6th March 2022 at the Victory Bible Church, Awoshie in Accra.
The event this year is scheduled to commence at 5pm and takes yet another international outlook with artistes from around the continent.
